Professional interaction between both interviewing parties. Questions short and concise. Company construction volume was larger than I expected. During interview I got the feel they were looking for a senior type estimator with more experience but did not really desire to pay senior estimator wages.

Past estimating background of all mechanical disciplines, plumbing, wet HVAC and sheet metal. Past estimating software system experience. Preference of estimating within above described disciplines.
