I applied with LinkedIn and few days later I recieved an email asking for a screening video call. We set the call few days later, and it took 30 min. The recruiter was nice and the interview was easy. One week later I recieved an invitation to a 1-hour video call with two journal managers, based on STAR questions. The managers were nice but the interview resulted as an intense experience. 3 weeks later I recieved the negative feedback, but they kindly suggested to me what to improve for the following interviews.
