Recruiter reached out and had a screening. Then met with hiring manager for more experience related questions. After that was a presentation then met with more of the team in sales and revops for culture. Process was fine overall, everyone’s friendly. Only thing I’ll say is the reason I didn’t get the offer after making it through to final round was “experience”. No constructive feedback that can gave when I asked- all down to the other candidate having more experience. This is something that should be vetted much earlier - not after a presentation and 5 calls. For “experience” to be the reason was frustrating - again, only because of how far along we were in the process.
