First I sent them my resume to Binbutti Group of Companies through our B-school after conforming with our school MD by keeping a personal interview then Binbutti CFO evaluated my resume and kept skype interview , then get selected

What marketing concepts you going to apply in hotel management?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frontline Services (West Jordan, UT) in Oct 2014
Interview
I came in met with the facilitator and the manager of the Day program. They showed me the day program which looked awful and depressing and talked about how amazing it was instead of just saying "hey we need help to make this better and we think you can do that" It was a sales pitch, it didnt really work I wanted a job to help make peoples lives better and if they offered it to me I was going to take it despite the pay.

Didnt really ask me specific questions. I was told I was overqualified for the job (which was an honest response) Not many of the individuals that work there have degrees.
