I was contacted by a recruiter from a staffing agency, She had a screening interview with me then she asked me about my availability for a virtual interview with Front Point. In the day of the interview, the interviewee from the company did not show up which i s a waste of time and a big cause of inconvenience. The recruiter from the staffing agency contacted me and didn't know what was happening, then she said he had a last-minute travel plan. Then, she scheduled another interview with their manager of people and culture at Front Point. He showed up this time, no apology, no interest ..he seemed that he just want to check a box that he interviewed a woman and a minority just
to keep in their record not because they are inclusive and diverse. He asked me to talk about my experience and what is my timeline for the interview and that's it. It looked so unprofessional and insensitive culture for candidates' feelings and a waste of time. If you already know who you are hiring, do not waste people's time.
