I had a first interview over the phone, and then a second interview with the management staff in person. The second interview was thorough and engaging. Nice people. Honest about perks, salary, and the great life work balance the company promotes.

Question 1
They asked about salary expectations. It was disappointing. Glassdoor says the average salary for sales associates is $19 but the starting salary is $14.50. Not even close to a living wage.
