Long process with 4 interviews including an in-person 2 hour interview and homework assignment that they forgot to send to me until I sent a follow up email. I interviewed for those 2 hours with people I never even landed up working with and the questions were the same over and over again.

Hiring manager seems not prepared with questions. They were still thinking of questions to ask. However, questions are easy, but I think they look at your personality (if they will like you).
