The interview process for me typically follows a structured path: first, a phone screening to assess basic qualifications and fit. Then, a skills test to evaluate technical abilities, followed by an in-depth interview with the hiring managers to discuss experience, problem-solving, and cultural alignment. This comprehensive process ensures a clear evaluation of both skills and compatibility for the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Sydney) in Jan 2015
Interview
I interview with TL and manager, they are very nice and easy going. I was asked about working experience and some technical questions. I refresh my knowledge before attend the interview and answer all the question correct. They also asked question about personality.
There are 4 stages. 1st for Web test, which tests overall skills like Math, Logic questions, etc.. 2nd round is for Document screening. 3rd is interview with HR. The last one is interview with the head of HR.
