I had 3 round of interview. 1st was normal interview, to get to know each other. 2nd was technical, asking about linux, SAP and virtualization. 3rd was a presentation, about SAP portofolio.

The interview process for me typically follows a structured path: first, a phone screening to assess basic qualifications and fit. Then, a skills test to evaluate technical abilities, followed by an in-depth interview with the hiring managers to discuss experience, problem-solving, and cultural alignment. There are 4 stages. 1st for Web test, which tests overall skills like Math, Logic questions, etc.. 2nd round is for Document screening. 3rd is interview with HR. The last one is interview with the head of HR.
