Great interview process. Honest and clear with bcba expectations and what the company has to offer (mentorship, collaboration, and education). The interviewer made me feel welcome and concerted me with other bcbas in the company.

The interview was relatively easy. Someone gave me a phone call and me chatted a bit and discussed the position and talked about on boarding and what that entails. An offer letter was sent the same day.
