I interviewed at Full Steam Staffing (Ontario, CA)
Interview
The interview was easy. The questions were simple, and the interviewer was friendly. I understood everything clearly and felt comfortable. Overall, it went very smoothly and was a positive experience.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Full Steam Staffing (Stockton, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Very short and confusing. Interviewer had little no interest on furthering or expanding our conversation on key details about the job. I left the interview feeling incomplete, the job was never up for a position fill. I didn’t think I was there to help that company. I did not like the experience at all. I completed my onboarding process. Submitted two forms of ID. completed a 4panel swab test, took a picture behind a door and was sent home, just to hear they have no open position.
