Standard interview process. After the first call with the recruiter, you meet with the hiring manager, then you'll meet with 3 others for a back-to-back interview with people from the CSM team or other related teams. After that, there is a presentation where you present to the hiring manager and 2 other managers of different teams.

How do you handle a customer who intdends to churn for not seeing value in the Fullstory platform?
Clear timelines and effective communication from the employer side. Expectations of the process were set from the top & things played out without surprises. Overall things progressed pretty quickly. There were initial phone screens with HR before progressing to multiple rounds of managerial screens and a final panel.
