I believe that they mainly made the decision to hire me based on my resume. The interview was very relaxed, and they wanted to see if my personality was a fit for them. I was given a tour of the hospital and told what shift I would be working. Human Resources called me the following day with an offer.

The interview took place outside on a table. It felt like there were multiple interviews happening back to back, so it felt that the interview was fast. The interviewer had one paper with questions written.
