The recruiting process felt overly scripted and impersonal. During my conversation with the recruiter, it seemed like she was reading directly from a checklist. At one point, I asked for clarification on a question, and she misinterpreted my question as my response.
The process also required completing a lengthy assessment and a one-way, time-limited, technical interview with no opportunity to ask questions or interact with anyone. No ability to demonstrate problem-solving in a realistic, collaborative setting was provided.
I was unable to get any clear information about the specific company or role I was to be applying for, making it difficult to make an informed decision early on.
Overall, the process felt heavily one-sided, excessively automated, and lacked transparency.
