Tedious process, they assign a PM challenge and make you to record the process and you have to send to them by email . In my opinion in overall was a bad experience because they don't let you explain what you did in a screening call.They judge with the video instead of providing the opportunity of having a Live interview as its usual in the IT Industry.

Interview
First interview with HR profile. Just a chat. After that they sent me two tests. First one was an asynchronous interview that you have to answer simple questions in a specific time. After that they give you a challenge to be recorder in max one hour duration. In my case, it was a JIRA setup and roadmap configuration for a new project.

Question 1
Basic questions about my role and experience. The worst part is that I've asked about salary range before start the tests to ensure that I won’t waste my time and HR profile's too and THEY LIED. They told my one range and in the offer was literally the half. After that they asked me about my minimum and I told exactly the range that the HR told me in the interview and by email. They said that can’t be possible to reach the value. This was TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. Specially because I've spent my time in challenges and also interview process for nothing. ALWAYS ask for salary range before tests and if a company lie about this information this will tell a lot about them!
After receiving a message, they first make a contact call with the people team, then proceed to send a Challenge related to the position you are applying to, and finally, you need to go through an automated interview
