Fullsteam interview questions

Initial round interview but we determined the OTE range was too low for what I was looking for at this time. The interviewer was kind and offered to share my resume with another company she thought may have more suitable roles.

The hiring manager made the process seem very promising, outlining next steps and giving the impression I would move forward. However, I was later rejected without explanation. The process raised expectations that weren’t met, which was disappointing and felt like a waste of time.
