Interview
Initial phone screen by mechanical engineer covered standard interview topics (some technical, some experiential, some guided by interviewee). Then invited for a full day of interviewing with 4 hour-long interviews and a lunch with prospective future team. Interviews were: soft skills, physics/conceptual walkthrough, general, and the final one had some brainstorming involved.

Interview
I talked with them during a career fair and they contacted me later for an on campus interview. There were two people at the interview (engineering managers) and it was mostly behavioral about my experience and internship.
