Introductions, followed by questions, regarding how you fit within the team, questions about skills and personality, questions about strengths, and weakness, about gap in work history. was open to any questions I asked.

Interview
The manager asked me a few question then proceed to talk about his self the entire time. Later I was told by my current boss that he asked them if they would hire me back and was I a good worker. I got the job. Later the job changed to Administravtive assistant without my knowledge and every week I had new roles I was responsible for. Very unorganized company. And they DO NOT like complaints. Even if the complaint is for the good of the company.
