Worst interview I have ever had. There seemed to be an issue with Teams and they said they are hearing an echo. I had that issue before with Teams and I suggested to send them a google meets link. They just said no. I was not sure if they are joking, so I asked a couple more times if it is fine with them... But silence. One person was just staring at me and the other guy was enjoying his lunch. I switched to a headset and the sound seemed to be better, but then they said that they cannot see me. I could see myself in the corner of the call tho. So, not sure about that. Anyway, they suggested to reschedule the meeting and I agreed. Then, I got an email with rejection saying that I could prepare better and my communication skills are not on the desired level. Really? :) I spent so much time for their assignment just to be rejected for some technical issue.
