RVP met me timely, toured the building, and asked appropriate questions regarding management style, etc. Reviewed high level of admissions and discharges, type of leadership RVP expected and other business specifics. Overall positive experience

Question 1
Was I interested in a long term commitment, as they were looking for stability in the leadership roles.
Had a telephone interview with the recruiter followed by an in person meeting with the Regional. Interview was quick and was more a review of my career history. I was called back same day and offered the job.
Recruiter completed initial screening, then RVP interviewed, asking detailed questions and giving great information about the company. There was no other interviews from Executive leadership, which was a little surprising.
