Funko interview questions

Went through a long process with assignments and tons of interviews just to get a generic rejection. After having someone invest hours into your process there should be more compassion in how you reject candidates.

The interview process was a great experience overall. Everyone I spoke with was very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the conversation feel comfortable and relaxed. It was conversational in tone, but they still asked thoughtful questions about my skills, previous work experience, and how they relate to the CRM role. I felt the discussion allowed me to clearly explain my background and interest in the position.
