The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Furniture Village (Maidenhead, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The overall interview process was really good, the team who interviewed me were really nice too. I had made it through to 3 rounds of interviews only to receive an automated email to say 'After a careful review of your application unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful. Due to the high volume of applications for this role we are unable to provide feedback.' I found this very unprofessional especially given the fact that I had gone into the office twice for face to face interview. It would have been nice to at least receive a phone call and have some sort of feedback. I had also called and emailed the Recruitment agency they used but heard nothing back from the individual who had previously called me on several occasions during the interview arranging process. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Furniture Village
Interview
My interview process was in two parts, involving a SWOT analysis and also a mood board. It definitely felt like they put me through my paces and I earnt the job!
