They reached out and we chose a time rather quickly. I met them at the location of the school, and we talked in a private and comfortable room. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

Interview
There was a phone call with the department head and then a couple of in person meetings. One of these included a sample lesson. The other was with the head of school. The themes were one's ability to serve the students, and fit with the culture of that particular school.

Step 1: Teach Mock Lesson (Dont put too much into it. I taught only 1/4 of the lesson plan I prepared bc they don’t really care if you can teach. It’s more so about personality matching)
