People are helpful but due to small cap it is on micro management.
Overall you can go for it to grow!
The first round was too easy.It was online and basic aptitude questions were asked.There was a group discussion round before the interview round and it was unnecessary I think. Interview was not so difficult

It is a smooth process conducted on microsoft teams. My interview went good but then also I was not selected. Interviewer was very polite and also he was having lot of knowledge.
