I recently interviewed with Futran Solutions. The technical side of the process was fine—I had a good first round with the technical panel and was told I cleared it.
On Thursday, the recruiter, TEJAS JOSHI, called me specifically to confirm that I had cleared the first round and stated that my second round was scheduled for the following Tuesday. However, the calendar invite was never sent. When I followed up on Monday to get the link, I reached out via phone call, text, and email. I received absolutely no response. I tried calling again on Tuesday, the day of the supposed interview, and was met with total silence.
Ghosting a candidate is bad enough, but explicitly confirming a next round, setting a day, and then completely ignoring calls and emails is highly unprofessional. Candidates invest time preparing for these discussions. The lack of basic communication and respect from the recruiting team is a massive red flag regarding the company's internal culture
