Futu interview questions

3 rounds. R1: resume deep dive. felt like they were fact-checking my CV lol. one medium algo at the end, code it live + explain complexity. R2: real scenario. “build the frontend for X” — trade-offs, perf, state, edge cases. R3: senior manager. barely any code. more like “how do you think.” cross-team stuff, tech decisions, lots of “why?” follow-ups.

HR call then about a week later invited to interview. Asked about my CV and experiences, as well as my availability as it is a part-time role. In-person interview, went smoothly but no offer
