Future Factory interview questions

The interview process was overall quite poor. The process involved constantly belittling my work and boasting about the interviewer's work. It is deeply troubling how it is considered fine in the organization to act so informally. Honestly, it was very unpleasant having had the conversation with the so-called best design studio in Asia.

Call with talent acquisition. General questions on resume and background. Quick turnaround and offer. Expected a multi-round process, but this was better. Very responsive over WhatsApp and call once they reach out.
