Firstly, a phone call was received. The one on one interview was then scheduled with a departmental manager and business partner of the small company. The interview involved typical interview questions such as: "Why should we hire you?" and "What is your experience?" and "Describe a time where you had to handle a difficult situation..."etc. I was then given a tour of the business. In a couple of days I received a phone call with an offer.
