Initial communication for the interview was great. When I got to the interview I felt like I wasted my time. It took the person who was supposed to interview me almost half an hour to come to my interview. During the interview as I was talking to him, his phone kept ringing and he kept answering and interrupting the interview. He also had 2 translators. The first translator was not technically oriented thus anytime I used a technical term he kept asking me to explain it. Then a second translator came In, he was a bit more technically oriented. But the guy he was translating kept asking me who my professors were and what classes I was taking at school. That was very annoying because it meant that he hasn't read my resume. Ofcourse I wasn't surprised because my resume is in english. If he had he would've realized that I had been out of school for over 4.5 years. I felt like I should've had my resume translated to Chinese maybe I would've had a fighting chance. I have never been to an interview where I felt so defeated because I couldn't sell myself like I wanted to. This was hands down the very worst interview experience I have ever had. It was a total waste of my time and it was full of disorderlyness.
