I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at G&A in Apr 2025
Interview
Very straightforward. Has 3 rounds with junior member, senior, and manager. Everybody is nice and heard back in a few days. Mostly behavioral and presentation about past work that you did in school or other places.
45 min portfolio review, interviewers were kind and gave feedback afterwards. I prepared a presentation of two projects. They do experiential design specific to museums and interactives, I got interviewed through referral.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at G&A (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
The first interview takes only 30 min. I went through my portfolio and they asked me further on some of my most spatial design related projects. They wanted someone experienced designing something related to physical space, creative technology, rather than traditional website or apps. The second interview is a whiteboard challenge. There were a UX designer and a Content researcher who would pretend as my teammate to help me work on the exercise.

Question 1
Make sure you have physical space related design and they will be more interested in those.
