Overall this was a straightforward interview process. Feedback was timely and I was kept in the loop throughout. The interview process was very positive and felt relaxed throughout. The recruiter screening was also very thorough and informative.

Question 1
They ask some technical questions about process implementation and the handling of customer relationships. They also asked how you deal with difficult coworkers.
Had an informal introductory interview (phone screening), which went well but ultimately did not pursue the role due to difference between experience and role expectations. Overall it was a good discussion but junior to my background.

Was advised I was a good fit for the role and my information was being passed forward, would hear something in 2 - 3 business days. I was completely ghosted. This was after an hour of conversations with the company.
