BEWARE - THEY WILL CLOSE THE POSITION AFTER TAKING YOUR IDEAS!!! They will pretend that they have a job opening and make you go through the stages which also includes a case study for you to work on. the case study involves actual challenges the company is going through and requires you to do an analysis and provide recommendations on how to improve the business. After asking you to send them a pitch deck with all your ideas, they'll ask everything they can and then take it away to discuss only to ghost you. i've tried to chase them down for 2 months asking for an update only to find out that the position was closed. utter complete waste of time and energy

Went through 3 stages of interviews. The final one being a case study about a problem the business was facing. I had to present to a panel and after everything was done they asked me to send them my deck and all my work. They ended up just closing the position after and not hiring anyone.
It definitely feels like they're just looking to get free consulting work which mirrors the other experiences posted here.
