Initially there was a telephone interview to assess my basic capabilities and to ascertain if I should be put through to the face to face interview. Having successfully made it through to round two, I had a one to one interview with the Regional Manager, which included comparing my CV with the Job Description, finding out what I was like as a person and being asked competency based questions.

Had to call for my own interview. Received a call from interviewer late, position given out at job fair. Second interview never received a notification of decision. Can't take this company seriously.
