You sit down with a small panel and they access how you come up w solutions when faced with problems and also come up with ways of improving the security that is already existing in the company.

Online, asked me if I knew what g4s are and what they did. What would I do in this situation etc. Alot of situation based questions, all very i formal and felt at ease the whole process .

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G4S (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Face to face interview or over the phone. Relaxed interview , simple questions , lasted about 10 mins or so . Needed to bring id and proof of address . Heard the result of the interview the following day and wait for the security checks to be completed
Good interview
Very settling
G4S have a great working environment and management, make you feel heard
Short time spent here at this company the job role wasn't for me in the end
