It was good and comfortable. The interview included numerous folks, including those from teams who would be business partners in my role. Each person played a different role in regards to my career here at Gallo.

The series of interviews began with a pre-recorded, online interview answering questions on a computer screen. The second was a phone-call interview that was very informal and just about getting to know me. The last was an on-site interview that consisted of 4 in-person interviews with IT managers, a team lunch, tour, and information session. Overall, it was a great experience and not too difficult if you prepare.
