The interview process felt more like a numbers game than a genuine evaluation. It seemed like they were only looking to fill a quota rather than assessing candidates based on merit. The experience lacked transparency and professionalism.

Some basic questions regarding personal information
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
