Felt a little intimidated by the one lady that was already working in the office. She expected me to know everything about the company right away in the interview. Asked me if I could look at a statement and right away know what was wrong with it just like she did when clearly she had been there longer than anyone else. Says owner trains but I would have to understand right away because if I didn’t catch it then owner could get frustrated. Then went on to ask if I was sure I didn’t want a different position trying to deter me. Making it seem like they didn’t need office help in the first place.
