I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GBA
Interview
30 minute phone screening that was pretty typical. Took about two weeks to hear back about the next steps. This was followed by an in-person interview that was also standard. About 1 hour long of behavioral and situational interview questions, but nothing too pressing. The recruiter has yet to reach out 3 weeks later regarding the status of the job. I'm not sure if this is typical of the company but this felt pretty unprofessional and I would guess is a pattern in their recruitment process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GBA (Overland Park, KS) in Mar 2024
Interview
The job description looked interesting and I was invited to drive up for an interview (4 hours each way). The interview went well, but I was not offered the position.
I was very disappointed the company refused to reimburse me for my mileage. In all my interviews in my career, the interviewing company has always covered my expenses. In all the interviews I have held, I paid an interviewee's expenses. I should have asked beforehand.
When I followed up, I was told they could have done a virtual interview, and wouldn't have the expense.
Perhaps I dodged a bullet. If a company is going to be that cheap when trying to attract talent, what would it be like to work for?

Question 1
Many questions on how I managed projects in my career.
Easy process.
Had one interview with 5 people on the call and it took about an hour. Everyone on the call were friendly but at the same time very engaged in conversation and asking questions.
