What was the most complex assignment you have had?
Had a behavioral interview using an online program. It went well and primarily focused on STAR method questions. It wasn't person to person which would've been better. They also asked about personal goals and why choose the development program.

Interview
It was a half day of technical and behavioral interview questions. Technical questions were focused on previous technical and leadership experience, including problems you’ve solved and how you’ve solved them. Behavioral questions were standard, what you would find online. There was a short group interview with other candidates at the end of the process.
