Interview process was Brief (about an hour long). Was interviewed by a Black belt, Operations leader and HR. Asked a few standard questions and mostly behavioral questions (as you would expect). Being the company that it is, they will lead you to trying to find out how your behavioral skills but it is up to you to be as thorough as you can be in terms of answering the questions. They will look out for quantitative results (i.e achieved improvement by x%, reduced waste by y% etc.) in your answers so make sure you say what you've achieved! Try to connect to the role as much as you can and say why you can deliver in that role. It is a lot of selling yourself/waffle but that's what the interview process is.
Overall a good learning experience.
