I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (East Lansing, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online using my college's career services website. Received a call the following Monday to set up an interview Friday. Met with employees during the week leading up to the interview at a club meeting and the supply chain career fair. Created a good rapport with the hiring manager before the interview. Interview was very structured. Strict time limit. Interviewed with 3 current supply chain employees who all graduated from my school. Normal behavioral interview, very little technical questions. Received an offer the next Tuesday.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Lynn, MA) in Sept 2024
Interview
One online interview through HireVue. I was accepted and will most likely accept the offer. It felt superficial, but it was an easy process and I was surprised they didn't want to interview me in person.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace
Interview
1 round at college after meeting recruiters at career fair. Interview was with two engineers Fahd were alum from my school. Ended up starting a month later due to COVID.
All behavioral, classic questions like tell me about yourself, how you work in a team, and your best/worst qualities. Two people were there, one was a university liaison and the other was an engineer in training. Both fired question after question, and there was time after the interview to ask questions as well.
