Pretty standard two round interview phone call process. First interview about me and the second interview was about answering performance based questions and using examples to display my knowledge and skills.

Quick turnaround . 3 panel interview session with five behavioral questions . Great interview. Gave day to day synopsis on role, which was very helpful. Job is eligible for telework, you will be required to report to the office 10 days per month.

Interview
Behavioral style interview around the GE Beliefs of Inclusion, Exploration and Simplification to determine if I was a good fit for the GE culture. The Behavioral style also allowed them to see how I reacted in stressful situations.
