GE Commercial Leadership Program interview questions

first round group interview, one part for introduction and problem solving group panel discussion come up with a group leader and present the final solution; second round is personal interview, one candidates with 5-6 manager/ senior level employees asking technical and behavior questions, third round is telephone/ skype call meeting interview, have the higher level manager through internet interview discuss further level questions and company concept culture related questions.

There were 2 rounds, consisting of one phone call and then an in person interview. The program consists of a few rotations in different locations and divisions of GE over 2 years.
