A Completely Broken AI Pipeline and Ridiculous Assessment Mismatch
"I applied for a position where both the HR communication and the company website explicitly stated an expected experience level of 6 months to 2 years. Instead, the 60-minute InCruiter automated AI assessment was an absolute circus of unrealistic expectations. For an entry-level/junior profile, I was hit with highly advanced senior-level system design questions—including scaling applications to handle 200,000 requests, WebRTC, High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), and complex enterprise tools like Apache Kafka (which I had already explicitly told HR I had no experience with). To top it off, I was expected to code a Hard-level DSA Tree problem under an aggressive timer using JavaScript, all while their proprietary AI interviewer completely failed to accurately transcribe my technical explanations. The severe disconnect between the advertised job requirements and this unmanaged, generic AI question bank makes the entire hiring process feel lazy, broken, and disrespectful of a candidate's time."
