Applied online, took about a month to get a hit from HR. Got contacted by one of the directors of CE Implementations Department. Had a phone interview with two ICs, Onsite Panel interview with another Implementations Director and Sr. Director (both made me feel relaxed and comfortable) and a Non-technical presentation material to do in front of three people (the two ICs from my phone interview , + IC on the phone and one of the Directors)
