Preliminary 30-45 min phone interview with hiring manager, as well as 30-minute phone interviews with 3 additional staff participating on the program. Two of the four interviewers were late to the scheduled calls and had not prepared any specific questions to ask.

Typical background questions were asked, regarding past accomplishments. They also asked a handful of basic questions regarding basic scrum framework and activities involved in scaling agile.
