A video call with a member of the hiring team, was told I was going to hear back within a week following the interview. I introduced myself and then they explained the role and how the summer would go if I was given the position. They tried to keep it more conversational so they asked questions then gave me time to ask questions and then they asked more questions etc. etc. The interviewer seemed mostly concerned with asking "negative" type situational questions and how I would handle things if they don't go my way... not sure why that is such a large concern
