I applied online on 26th July. Received email from recruiter on 8/8 inviting me to a Teams interview on 16/8 at 9pm. I was due back from holiday the following day, but amended my plans so that I would get home a day early for the interview and accepted the invite and confirmed by email. A couple of hours before the interview was due I got an updated Teams invite, rescheduling to 14/8, again in the evening. I accepted the reschedule. Just before that interview was due to take place I received another reschedule, this time to the evening of 17/8. I accepted again. On 17/8 I received another reschedule, to 21/8. I accepted again. On 21/8 I received a reschedule to 28/8. At this point I emailed the recruiter (no phone number was provided) asking that she please respect my time as we were now on the 4th reschedule. On 28/8 I received an interview cancellation with a note "position closed". On 30/8 I received a Workday notification "Unfortunately, we have not been able to reach you and have inactivated your application for the role". The role is still posted so they are still recruiting for it, so the recruiter has updated their system to say they couldn't reach me when I have made every effort to be available at the times they scheduled and even cut my holiday short. The service provided by the recruiter was appalling - the multiple cancellations at short notice, scheduling interviews for late in the evening, not responding to emails.
