GE Healthcare's Financial Management Program interview process for their internship was pretty seamless - I went to the career fair and stopped at their booth, and they gave me a call that night to have an interview in the morning. It was a behavioral interview and the recruiters were very personable.

No real tough technicals, goes mostly by resume and personality. If you relax and show interest in the interviewers you will likely do well. Super day was long, i think 3 or 4 rotations. Almost all behavioral.

Structured multi-round process focusing on behavioral (STAR) questions, motivation for the program, and analytical finance skills. Expect 2–4 interviews assessing leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving with personable yet rigorous evaluators. It was pretty standard.
