The interview process started with HR screening and then they sent me an e-mail about the HR interview. They asked typical questions; why I applied for this position, my salary expectations, and my current role. Then, I was invited to the 2nd round and had an interview with the hiring manager. The questions were about understanding my leadership style. It went well but the overall process was very long. I was rejected after this session and asked HR to provide feedback but no response.
